Each Cone Bioproducts’ processed serum undergoes a series of prefiltrations to ensure clarity, cleanliness, and final filterability of the material. These series of depth filtrations can include 1.2 um, 0.5 um, and 0.2 um.

All our processed serum lots undergo a 0.22-micron final filtration into non-pyrogenic containers under a class 100 clean hood. The final filtered material is agar plated and incubated according to USP standard to ensure that no microbial growth will occur over time.
